Exhibitor Information

All work exhibited must be original artwork produced by the artist. Items that will NOT be accepted include “buy-sell” merchandise, hand-made items constructed from purchased parts, home-style crafts, manufactured items, kits, and work produced by anyone other than the juried-in exhibitor.  Application will be screened (juried) according to originality, technique, craftsmanship, originality and design.

Photo/slides must cover all types of work that will be for sale. Each photo/slide must be marked with your name and media. Exhibitors bringing other work may be asked to leave or to put the offending items away. Photos/slides will be returned only if you provide a SASE with sufficient postage. The jury committee reserves the right to hold photos for publicity or other purposes.

All tents must have adequate weights to protect the exhibitors and neighbors from wind damage … under no circumstances will you be permitted to spike or nail your tent to the pavement. You may be asked to remove unsecured tents.
